Sales & marketing 2 – Seeing the big picture

In any company, a marketing manager will have a bird’s eye view of all marketing activities and their impact on sales. Unfortunately, it’s all too common for lower level employees not to share that visibility. Which is why we encourage management teams to have their marketing and sales department meet at least once a month.

That way, salespeople can tell marketers about their challenges and obstacles, and marketers can provide solutions for those. They can set common goals on a monthly basis and report at the end of each cycle. As a result, you will end up with digital marketing activities that drive tangible and measurable results, and positive impact on your bottom line.
